TESS (Teen Everyday Skincare System) announced that Karen Smith-Pilkington has joined the company as president and general manager. Smith-Pilkington joins TESS from Eastman Kodak Company where she served as corporate senior vice president and chairman and president of the greater Asia region.

Flavor and Fragrance Specialties

Robert C. Frantzen joins the company in the newly created position of fragrance business unit director. Prior to joining Fragrance and Flavor Specialities, Frantzen held senior management positions with Aroma Tech and Rhodia.

Ed Duderich has been named senior buyer for FFS. Duderich brings more than eight years of experience in the flavor and fragrance industry to this position. Previously he was the strategic sourcing buyer for Chr. Hansen, Inc.

Tamara Harris has joined the fragrance department at FFS as fragrance applications technician. Harris has more than five years of applications experience.

Todd McClendon has joined FFS as a shipping clerk. Ruth Vassey has joined as a quality control technician and Angela Kraft as quality control clerk.
